ABOUT CAREGIVER ACTION NETWORK

Caregiver Action Network (CAN) is a national nonprofit working to improve the quality of life for family caregivers. Through free education, peer support, a National Caregiver Help Desk, and practical resources, CAN helps people caring for loved ones with chronic conditions, disabilities, diseases, or age-related needs be better informed, equipped, and supported.

WHY WE CHOSE THEM

We chose Caregiver Action Network because its work meets caregivers where they actually are: carrying complex responsibilities, searching for reliable guidance, and often trying to manage it all without enough support. CAN’s practical, caregiver-focused approach closely reflects the heart of the Lantern Project: helping caregivers feel seen, steadied, and less alone.

Mental Magnolia will donate $3 from every completed $22 Caregiver Lantern purchase made during the opening phase of The 222 Caregiver Lantern Project to Caregiver Action Network, the current donation recipient.

When the current campaign period ends, Mental Magnolia will total the $3 generated by every completed purchase and round the final donation upward to the nearest $10 before submitting it to CAN.

The buyer is purchasing a digital product. The purchase is not a tax-deductible charitable donation.

Caregiver Action Network (CAN) is the designated nonprofit recipient of donations from this campaign. CAN’s participation as a donation recipient does not constitute an endorsement of Mental Magnolia, its products, or services.
